Last weekend, Ho Chak Law raced in the Chicago Marathon. He finished in a personal best of 2:58.10, placing him in the top 150 runners in a rather competitive age bracket (see below for results). This time qualifies him to run other marathons, including the Boston. But don’t bother looking for Ho Chak training around Ann Arbor: all you’d see is a blur—although on Sunday afternoons, Ho Chak condescends to the pace of mortals to run with William van Geest. Congratulations, Ho Chak!
