The Thursday before winter break, SMR members gathered on Zoom to discuss possible revisions to the constitution, upcoming social and wellness initiatives, and a new writing group for pre-candidates. The SMR conference committee also shared exciting updates about their conference planning and began soliciting volunteers to fill numerous roles in preparation for the April conference. Attendees left the meeting feeling heartened by the camaraderie SMR provides and looking forward to the upcoming winter break.
